Changed IP, but still banned from forum. Why? I got IP banned from Kijiji.ca for no reason, emailed administrator but no answer was given. Is it illegal to be banned from a website (I got banned forums.army.ca) for it was a 14 day recorded warning and now even though I'm not logged in I can't see the pages,could someone tell me what's going on and is is it illegal to dp this if so who should I contact.... read more
